I had an amazing time at this hotel. Cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. Moreover, the location was perfect, as it was easily accessible from the tourist information office and the main road, providing easy transportation. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very accommodating.

At Berga Resort, our family had an amazing time exploring the beautiful mountains while enjoying the thrilling climbing activities. The breathtaking views from the climbing spots made our experience truly unforgettable. The campground also offers fantastic facilities that cater to both kids and adults, such as an outdoor tennis court and a complimentary water park with exciting water slides and a lazy river. The kids absolutely loved splashing around and having a blast. In addition, we took the opportunity to go mountain biking, and it was an outdoor excitement like no other. We also checked out the old ski resort, Rasos de Peguera, which added a touch of adventure to our family vacation. The wide range of excursions and nature activities provided endless entertainment for the children, ensuring that they had an unforgettable time.

My wife says that it would be great if there were more organized activities for families with children.

We stayed at a resort during Easter that had a lot to offer. Two key location benefits meant we were close to plenty of beautiful sights and shopping centers, which made our stay much more convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming nature of the staff who were always up for a chat and happy to help out.

Although we had a wonderful time, there were a few things that we wished were different. the dining options were quite limited, and the menu felt somewhat repetitive in terms of the food offered.

The value for money was great, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was ideal, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel is ideal , close to a shopping center, a good restaurant, and the main road to access the tourist information office. the rooms are spacious and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the outdoor pool is a great facility, and the on, site restaurant serves delicious food with locally sourced produce.

I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and elevators, which made it convenient for me to move around without any issues.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working there to receive more training in assisting older guests. I would have appreciated a little more patience and understanding from the staff, especially when it came to assisting with specific requests or providing guidance.

Customer service was poor and unhelpful, the quality of the food was below average, and the rooms were outdated and in need of a renovation.
